Affordable Housing Organizations
Vederra offers a “First Step Program” in partnership with Kimley Horn and SB Clark that is designed to assist affordable housing organizations navigate the planning and financing of an affordable housing project. With this team we will create affordable and energy efficient housing developments utilizing modular construction that give you the best chance of receiving the funding you need from Colorado’s affordable housing institutions.
Vederra’s top priority will be serving the affordable housing providers in Colorado by dedicating production to affordable housing projects. Many of these organizations and jurisdictions have opted into Prop 123 commitments to grow their affordable housing stock and will need access to the lower-cost affordable housing options Vederra provides. Our partnership with SB Clark and Kimley Horn with the “First Step Program” is specifically designed to support smaller housing authorities with a team to pursue housing projects to improve their communities.

Aside from low AMI affordable housing projects there is also a substantial need in Colorado to provide middle-income housing options. To ensure that Vederra’s production continues at full capacity, we will build middle-income projects and sell modular components to developers. Vederra’s support of this market segment will help developers better meet their goals and address the shortage of middle-income housing in Colorado.
