Affordable Housing Organizations
Our “First Step Program” in partnership with Kimley Horn and SB Clark is designed to assist affordable housing organizations navigate the planning and financing of an affordable housing project. With this team we will create affordable and energy efficient housing developments utilizing modular construction that give you the best chance of receiving the funding you need from Colorado’s affordable housing institutions.
Developers
Our unique factory-build process helps affordable housing organizations and developers save time and reduce the amount of site work needed while allowing for custom design and flexibility. We can build all asset types including single family homes, multifamily homes, townhomes, hotel, and commercial properties.
