Vederra Modular provides low-cost, energy-efficient, modular solutions to affordable housing providers in Colorado. At a time when Colorado needs affordable housing solutions more than ever, Vederra is not only providing modular housing solutions to meet this need, but is also moving Colorado forward in energy independence by providing net zero modular designs. Capable of producing up to 650,000 square feet of modular components annually, our factory features some of the newest technologies in energy-efficient modular construction.
Vederra is excited to announce we have established an official partnership with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in Golden, Colorado. This partnership will help Vederra and the state of Colorado take a giant step towards the goal of 100% renewable energy by 2040. Critical to achieving that goal is providing Colorado with access to affordable modular net zero housing options. Our partnership with NREL will ensure that Vederra and affordable housing providers in the state stay on the cutting edge of modular energy systems for decades to come.

Vederra’s team averages over 15 years of proven experience designing, constructing, and selling modular projects in Colorado. With expertise in all aspects of the modular development and manufacturing process, they are also highly respected and connected to the key agencies that support and regulate modular activities in the State. Having permitted projects in over 50 jurisdictions statewide over the past 19 years, our team is uniquely qualified to assist developers and affordable housing organizations in designing, permitting, and building affordable energy efficient modular projects all across Colorado.
